1. Earning Points

  1. Artists earn points for creative participation on the Nanhikala platform.
  2. Points will be awarded as follows:
    • 5 Points for each approved Art Image upload.
    • 10 Points for each approved Video/Reel upload.
  3. Points are credited only after content approval as per platform guidelines.
  4. Duplicate, inappropriate, or policy-violating content will not earn points.
  5. Nanhikala reserves the right to review and remove points in case of misuse.

2. Points Validity

  1. Points accumulated remain valid for use within the platform.
  2. Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred to another user.

3. Redemption Policy

  1. Points can be redeemed once per calendar month only.
  2. Redemption requests beyond one per month will not be processed.
  3. Minimum points required for redemption will be displayed on the Rewards Page.
  4. Redemption items are subject to availability.

4. Nature of Rewards

  1. Points can only be redeemed for:
    • Kids’ art supplies
    • Creative kits
    • Educational books
    • Certificates
    • Merchandise
    • Recognition-based rewards
  2. Points cannot be converted into cash.
  3. No hard cash, bank transfer, or digital wallet payout is allowed.
  4. Rewards are strictly limited to child-friendly items and recognition benefits.

5. Fair Usage Policy

  1. Any attempt to manipulate uploads, create fake engagement, or misuse the system may result in:
    • Point deduction
    • Account suspension
    • Permanent removal from the rewards program
  2. Parent consent remains mandatory for participation.

6. Changes & Modifications

  • Nanhikala reserves the right to:
  • Modify point structure
  • Update redemption values
  • Add or remove reward categories
  • Amend terms without prior notice

7. Final Disclaimer

The Nanhikala Points Program is designed to:

  • Encourage creativity
  • Build confidence
  • Promote healthy recognition

It is not intended as a monetary earning system.
